Absol's Shocking Tongue Piercing

Poor little Pikachu... Seems like this shiny Absol wanted a taboo tongue piercing, and Pikachu was the perfect candidate for such a desire. Due to all the saliva he's going to be drowning in, he can't spark up his captor's muzzle to cause any sort of significant shock. I hope he doesn't mind having saliva-drenched chewed up berries!?
